Are you going through a separation or divorce and feeling abandoned, ashamed, betrayed, lonely, angry, anxious, or depressed? Have you been living in a fog of fear, hurt and confusion and are unclear how to get yourself out of it or move forward? Are you feeling overwhelmed as you face the new reality of being single or a single parent? Are you worried how the divorce is affecting your children? Although divorce can at times feel like the most painful, isolating, and stressful experiences you have ever gone through, especially when children are involved, it can also be a time of change, self-awareness, and growth.
You may also be experiencing some guilt, shame and embarrassment about the divorce which can make it difficult to confide in even your closest friends or family members. It may feel like no one really understands what you are going through. You are not alone and these feelings are normal, but divorce is not a life sentence for grief and despair.
I am passionate about helping others in the divorce recovery process. I want to help, support, and guide you through the grief, transitions, and path to healing and recovery.
